The purpose of this Data Protection Policy is to provide information on how your personal data is collected, processed and protected.
SSD assumes the commitment to guarantee the user’s privacy at all times and not to collect unnecessary information. Likewise, the corresponding record of personal data processing will be kept.

2 – Purpose, legitimacy and conservation of data processing

2.1. Purpose

I.- Contact with SSD: manage your contact to resolve doubts, complaints, complaints, claims or suggestions from professionals registered on the platform.

Data will be retained for a set period of 24 months and the renewal of consent will be requested automatically from the professional.
When their use is no longer necessary, the personal data will be blocked and will remain at the disposal of the competent authorities for the time and legal effects established in the applicable regulations. This Data Protection Policy may be modified to adapt it to possible regulatory or jurisprudential changes on personal data, and therefore it is required to be read whenever you provide us with your personal data through the website.

In order to ensure the security of your personal data, we inform you that we have adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data provided, according to their nature and the circumstances of the processing, with the aim of avoiding, as far as possible and according to the state of the art, their alteration, loss and unauthorized processing or access.
