Schedule your repair
Our service team will analyze the information and propose a tentative date for your request. The equipment in question will be forwarded to our nearest service center. Our service team will receive your unit and disassemble it for a thorough inspection. A report of the current conditions and the actions necessary to return your unit to top performance will be sent to you.
You will have to make the decision as to whether the equipment will be repaired, discarded, or returned in its current condition, if you decide to proceed with the repair. It will be processed and repaired to SSD’s high quality standards. Once the procedure is completed, it will be tested to meet the expected performance.
Finally the unit will be re-shipped with a 6 months warranty from SSD.
